CNC Machining
CNC COMPONENT MANUFACTURING IS THE CORE OF OUR BUSINESS
Utilising Solidworks and Gibbscam, we design and manufacture your componentry using our CNC lathes, machining centres and routers; all made to your specific requirements.
Every CNC engineering project we undertake is completed with efficiency and reliability, delivering high-quality finished products and a fast turnaround, resulting in increased productivity for your business . Depending on the availability of raw materials we often turn jobs around in 5-7 working days.
CNC TURNING
With our Swiss Turn live tooling and traditional CNC lathes, you can count on our team to cater to all of your turning requirements with impeccable attention to detail. All of our lathes have bar feeders which enables us to reduce waste and improve turnaround time.
CNC MILLING
We use our CNC machining centres to produce a wide range of milled components.
Once a component is designed, for example, a rocket part, a machining centre is programmed to machine that part out with high precision from the required material.
CNC ROUTING
On our CNC routers we specialise in machining sheets of engineering plastic. Typically we use sheets 3000 mm x 1200 mm and up to 100 mm thick. We commonly machine components such as conveyor wear bends, boat parts, rims, window frames and gate tracks.
